This 1st floor apartment has a nice size living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 4 closets, and a shared patio and backyard.

Your fur babies are welcome, $350 one time pet fee, and then $30/month pet rent.

Requirements:
Combined household income that = 3x the monthly rent. Calculate this BEFORE your taxes are taken out, not your take home pay.
Anyone 18 or older needs to apply separately.
We are unable to rent to anyone who has had an eviction in the past 5 years.
We are unable to rent to anyone who has had a violent or drug related offense in the past 5 years.
Trash is an additional $50/month
Water/Sewer/and Gas Heat are split up and billed back to each apartment.
